Spoiler alert, this wedding is real. Shot by Jim Pollard Goes Click it certainly looks like one of Disney’s imagined worlds but this dear readers, is Stoneridge Estate located in Queenstown, New Zealand.
“We got married in Queenstown, New Zealand during the snow season. The theme was a rustic winter feel with a burst of gorgeous florals and a splash of romance, this complimented the venue”, says Vinessa who looked drop dead gorgeous in a cotton embroidered nylon mesh gown and veil by Rue de Seine and couture headpiece by Viktoria Novik. “My dress was the Chloe Dress from the Young Love Collection at Ru de Seine. I have had my eye set on this beautiful number since the day I got proposed to.”
The Flower Room who also took care of this epic wedding, arranged Vinessa and Nathan’s arbour with statement king protera’s and loads of greenery, underneath which stood one rather giggly bride. “Vinessa had a few too many bubbles and got the giggles throughout the entire ceremony”, says Nathan who later spent his time in front of their makeshift photo booth.
Reluctant to take on any DIY, Vinessa and Nathan made a smart decision to hire House of Botanica to style their reception, Cakes of Wanaka to bake their cake and Pop Creative to design their snazzy stationery.
