Everyone thought that Lilli and Sean, a surf instructor and a yoga teacher, were crazy when they took off on a nine-month bus expedition around Australia soon after their engagement. “When we got back we thought, if we can survive living in a bus together, we can do anything – so what the hell – let’s do it!”
Shot by The White Tree, Lilli and Sean’s big day was exactly what they’d envisioned. From hanging pineapples to beautiful blooms and the flawless bride’s Forever Soles barefoot sandals and Cathleen Jia gown this wedding was a restless soul’s paradise. “We are hippies at heart and always wanted a beach wedding. We just wanted it to be really chilled out and relaxed. It was bohemian and down-to-earth,” the couple explains.
After the exchanging of the rings (props to Lord Coconut and Lott Studio) it all came down to a few very important things. “We just wanted to celebrate everything that’s important to us: love, family and happiness. Weddings are a magical time to gather together people you adore and shout from the rooftop that you’ve found your one.”
