Taking a unique approach to styled shoots, Joshua Mikhaiel teamed up with Ashlee Marie Photography and some awesome vendors to show Aussie brides how cool eloping can be.
Despite battling a wicked case of food poisoning (yikes!) Joshua powered through this amazing session starring a 100% real couple.
“I can’t do the whole ‘styled shoot with models thing’. It’s gotta be authentic. So these guys have been married for like 10 years and we just kinda did a full mock and got them to make up vows on the spot on top of the mountain, it was actually super cute,” Joshua tells us.
Though the photographers admit the gorgeous location did a lot for them, July Floral Design provided some bangin’ blooms amongst rad vintage fashion from Urban Exchange Tacoma, a Brooks Brothers suit and shoes via Allan Edmonds.
Insanely beautiful scenery, super cool clothes and a pair of real life lovebirds? We are so in.
