Having met during their high school days and dated for nine-and-a-half years before tying the knot, Adelene and Jiaheng’s celebration was all about a happy mix of family and friends, tasty food, faith and a whole lot of love. And boy was it the perfect combination for some super happy fun times!
Dressed in a Very Wang frock, Adelene tells us the ceremony was held at the Heide Museum of Modern Art and the reception at Abbostford Convent, both beautiful locations on their own, but we can’t look past the stupendous styling by the very talented folk at Georgeous Occasions who, channelling a whimsical theme, certainly whipped up a lot of magic on the day. £When we entered the space, I was so amazed! says Adelene. £The hanging greens and flowers, the smell, the fairy lights, and all the details it was totally out of this world. The stunning surrounds were captured by the equally clever Jonathan Ong.

More genius vendors contributed to the perfectly executed event by way of a host of gourmet delights. £As Jiaheng and I are food lovers, we had a huge feast for our guests, said Adelene. £There were food stations serving a variety of tapas and canapû?s, then plated appetizers and mains, a huge buffet of desserts, and mini wagyu burgers served for supper while guests were getting hungry from dancing.
