In case you have not heard, we here at Hello May are trying to shake things up a little when it comes to the wedding industry. We don’t air brush our photos or cover our models in fake tan. We are all about providing raw and un-done inspiration for brides and grooms to-be with “Taste, a sensible budget and a healthy appreciation for DIY” as the lovely Hannah from All Of The Above Creative so tactfully put it.
But we exist to do more than just provide pretty pictures in the name of inspiration. We also aim to connect you, the reader, with the many insanely talented and obscenely creative vendors that are currently floating around the Australian wedding industry. Vendors like Seth and Tenielle from Feather & Stone wedding photography, who did such a gloriously wonderful job of shooting a fashion editorial for issue one of Hello May (entirely on film mind you) we found it hard to choose only 10 photos to put in the magazine…
So today we bring you a few special shots from the cutting room floor… Shots that would not be so special with out the talents of Roberta and Tracie from Green & Bloom and Tracie Weaver Hair & Makeup respectively. If you are in Brisbane and looking for flowers or hair and make up for your wedding day we highly recommend you give these two lovely ladies a bell!
To see the rest of this stunning photo shoot with dresses from The Babushka Ballerina, Beska Bridal and Evening Courture, Amanda Garrett and Jennifer Gifford Designs head on over to our magazine page and download and/or read issue one of Hello May for free!
