Kooroomba sits out in the Scenic Rim, just far enough from the city that the world loosens its grip. Our open-air chapel is where most love stories on the property begin: sunlight spilling in, salvia brushing the edges, and a couple of wallabies who like to wander past as if they’ve been invited. It’s a space that feels both grounded and ethereal, made for moments that matter.
From there, the property unfolds into vineyards, acres of lavender, olive groves and long, sweeping views that shift with the seasons. Photographers call it a dream, but we like to think it’s simply nature doing what it does best – offering beauty without effort.
Our restaurant and reception space completes the experience. Generous windows keep the mountains close as our chefs craft menus that celebrate local produce and heartfelt food. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a lively celebration, the setting never stops working its quiet magic.
