The Magpies Nest, located on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga, NSW is nestled within the confines of our stone stables, originating from first settlement in the 1860’s. With sweeping views across the vineyard, olive groves and further beyond to the Murrumbidgee River, the Magpies Nest offers a picturesque space for your celebration.
With over 20 years experience, we are able to give as little or as much assistance through the planning process whilst also offering a beautifully unique backdrop for your special day. Our aim is to make the journey towards your big day as simple as possible, with our event coordinator on hand to assist in planning every step of the way. We know that no two weddings are the same and love working with our couples to make our events stand out. As we are first and foremost a restaurant with a team of incredible creatives behind the scenes, we love creating custom menus with our couples to utilize our beautiful local produce to create a truly local and personal menu for your event.
We offer exclusive use of our 20 acre property for your special day and with our purpose built ceremony area, we are able to give your guests a truly rural wedding experience. From ceremony through to reception, guests are free to meander through the gardens and enjoy a drink and nibble whilst you wander off for photos around the property, before dinner and later dancing the night away with a cocktail or two, we love a good party.
