Susie and Adam tell us they have been together for one million years and one more, and from the images below, we cannot try and argue with them! Not only does this story start with a cute proposal which involved their child (and when we say child, we mean dog, Slinky) delivering a note to the bride-to be, it involves wedding dress that is NOT white, a gorgeous location and some jaw-dropping antique lounges that we want to steal and put in our home!
The bride, Susie, tells us, “We wanted a relaxed and fun wedding where everyone would laugh and have a great night a good drink and a great chat, a party to celebrate a long awaited affair. We both love animals and so the woodland/animal theme was a given. We wanted a rustic, antique, quirky feel that was interesting and fun to be at. We wanted people to feel how we feel being in each others company. We wanted to be creative and show our family and friends our dream day.”
And a dream day it would seem they created, beautifully captured by Naomi V Photography! Set amongst Kenilworth Homestead complete with a barn-style reception, this couple pulled off some pretty impressive DIY projects too! The couple tell us what they created, “Hand stamped tags, envelopes, invitations along with handmade wedding booklets” and that “our favors were T2 English Breakfast tea bags in a little muslim bag printed with foxes and rabbits another cute representaive of things we love.”
Now, just go on and enjoy these images as much as we have….
