There is nothing better than when we, at Hello May, can put you, our readers, in contact with some of the most talented vendors out there and this boho inspired shoot does not disappoint. These images, styled by Penny Lane Studio and photographed by the folk at Willow & Co., were inspired by a want to showcase the gorgeous Blue Mountains and the locals who bring to life people’s wedding day dreams everyday.

Grace, from Willow & Co. says of the shoot, “My main drive for putting this shoot together was to showcase the talents of some vendors who are local to the Blue Mountains. We’re so fortunate to live in a world heritage listed region and still have a wonderful local wedding and events industry (and be conveniently close enough to Sydney). We sourced as much as we could from the mountains for this particular collaboration.”

We have not only fallen in love with the Logan Brae Orchard as a backdrop for this shoot, but are thoroughly enjoying all the small touches added as well. The native florals created by The Little Flower Shop and stationary by D&d Letterpress certainly set off the smaller details, including the chalkboard signs and drink dispensers provided by Ashdown & Bee. Of course we can’t look past the beautifully designed dresses supplied by Helen Rodrigues Boutique and the flawless makeup done by Helen Sotis. And the cake? Well that is from the little hidden gem Hominy Bakery in Katoomba.

We don’t know how anyone could not love the goods provided by all these vendors! So be sure to head over to our directory to find local talent that you can hire for your own special day, or purchase issue two of Hello May here for more inspiration!
