If the answer is yes, then you’ve just earnt yourself a whole bunch of brownie points because it means you’ve already grabbed a copy of issue nine, which only just hit newsstands last Thursday just gone! Gen and Jase’s wedding was unlike any other – held on her parent’s property on New South Wales’s south coast, it took an army of friends and family to help decorate 100 acres of farmland.
Cinematographer Tom Coburn was fortunate enough to be there to witness it all alongside photographer Mitch Pohl, and from behind his faithful lens he captured every detail of their day in an honest and unobtrusive way. “On the day, the skies opened up to reveal one of the most beautiful days of the year. To the point where there wasn’t even a breath of wind to blow out the 200+ candles lit around the property”, says Tom – not that he needed any assistance from mother nature anyway.
Having won a number of credible awards, his work is second to none and we think this film in particular speaks for itself. A beautiful way to remember your day in a way that is so different to still photographs, Tom is more than happy to come to you – wherever that may be.
