If sweet silhouettes and cool colour palettes are your thang, our Issue 14 ‘Blushing Bride’ fashion editorial will be just your cup of tea. Dare to be different on your day of days with peach chiffons, blush silks and embellished off-white couture from some of the best of the best in the bridal industry.
Shot by the amazing Jai Long of Free the Bird Photography, we packed up in one of the coolest rides around (Common 4X4) and travelled down the coast with one of our fave cinematographers, La Lune Cinema, there to catch all the fun on film. Fast forward about an hour and a half later, we arrived at our totally epic location, The Reedsmith house. Owned and run by the lovely Tanika, The Reedsmith is a self-taught weaver who is heavily influenced by her love of wildflowers, Scandinavian tapestries, retro Americana and traditional folk art. Tanika created all of the gorgeous weaves you’ll see amongst scattered throughout the shoot.
