After getting engaged in beautiful Daylesford it was only natural that these two want to keep those low key country vibes rolling when it came to their wedding day, although this time they headed south to The Barn in Wallington, situated on Victorias stunning Bellarine Peninsula.
Of the day Chloe tells us “we were pretty chilled, planning from London made us put all our faith in our incredible event designers Short & Spook with many late night/ early morning Skype sessions and random thoughts sent throughout the day.” And judging by these beautiful photos by Beck Rocchi Photography, those cross continental Skype sessions really paid off.
Living in London really paid off too when it came to dress shopping as Chloe (who looked stunning in Victoria Beckham) tells us “It was the first day I went shopping, I was wandering through the beautiful Harrods admiring the glamorous dresses, thoroughly distracted by the copious amounts of designer treats. I tried on a handful of dresses just to get an idea of the shape and silhouette and my wonderful friends pushed me into trying on a dress that I never would have considered, but as soon as I had it on I knew it was the one. It fit light a glove and I immediately saw myself getting married in it. A rather painless process considering it was day one!”
Moving on to the big day the festivities went off with out a hitch, except for one small exception as Chloe painfully recalls “during our photo sesh I was attacked by a swarm (ok maybe one) of bull ants. I mean literally only in Australia could that happen. Beck did capture the moment perfectly, the face is absolutely priceless. We certainly didn’t let it stop us, a champagne and quick breather and we were back at it!!” Now that’s our kind of bride.
