It’s not always easy to create a wedding that’s informal yet glamorous but Bethany and Grant nailed it with the perfect mix of elegance, sophistication and style plus a handful of DIY decorations.
“As Grant is a carpenter, naturally everything I thought of that I wanted to include or add to our wedding he wanted to make – from our wedding favours, to the wishing well, the light box and the wine boxes”, says Bethany, who despite all his efforts admits her favourite detail was their beautiful bouquets.
“The florals blew me away. As soon as the bouquets were delivered to the house I was in love. But seeing the venue later took it to the next level.” Held at Zonzo in Victoria – labeled as one of the “hottest winery restaurants in Australia”, Bethany organised some entertainment by way of The White Tree and added a little sparkle to their day in her Suzanne Harward gown.
“It was such a lovely experience, made all the more special by finding my gown. We sipped on champagne and ate chocolates as I tried on dresses, but nothing could beat my sparkly gown! The ladies at Suzanne Harward are just amazing to work with.”
