Angie & James recently tied the knot in picturesque Lilyvale in New South Wales. It was an intimate backyard affair with just their closest friends and family.
They wanted a super chilled out, relaxed garden party, and that they certainly had, with photos by the talented Jo Bartholomew and flowers from one of our fave Sydney florists Poppies and Amber. Rochelle from The Asking presided over the ceremony too and let us tell you, we have heard nothing but rave reviews about Rochelle, who also happened to preside over this wedding, that was featured on the blog earlier in the week.
Rochelle wasn’t the only shining star of their day as bride Angie, who wore a super sweet vintage gown from Dolly Up Vintage Emporium tells us “We wanted photos that were relaxed and showed us just having fun and not stiff poised photos. The backdrop of the national park was so beautiful we wanted to capture this as well. I saw Jo’s card in Dolly Up and when I jumped on her website I thought they were beautiful photos that had that vintage feel but told a story of the day – which is something we wanted to take with us for many years. When we met we just knew it was the right fit.”
